WafraBot

WafraBot keeps the prices in Wafra up to date. Wafra is a free price-watch and deals directory for shoppers in Iraq: it shows a store's discounted products and sends shoppers to the store's own website to buy. Wafra does not sell anything.

What it reads

• Public product listings of stores shown in Wafra (for example Shopify products.json or the WooCommerce Store API).
• Only the product name, price, original price, main photo and product link. No descriptions, no customer data, no checkout or cart pages.

How gently

• One store at a time, about once a day per store.
• A pause of at least 4 seconds between pages, plus any Crawl-delay in robots.txt.
• On "429 Too Many Requests" it honors Retry-After, stops, and tries again about 12 hours later.
• It follows robots.txt (rules for WafraBot or *).

How to recognize it

• User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (WafraBot; +https://wafra-iq.com)
• Every request is signed with Web Bot Auth (HTTP Message Signatures, Ed25519). Signature-Agent: "https://wafra-iq.com"
• Public key directory: https://wafra-iq.com/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory
